Soor Capital completes $173.1 million acquisition of four premium office buildings totaling 568,658 square feet, fully leased to The Vanguard Group in Philadelphia's Great Valley Corporate Center. MALVERN, Pennsylvania – November 16, 2018 – Soor Capital completed the acquisition of a premium office portfolio fully leased to The Vanguard Group, Inc. The four-building portfolio was acquired from Liberty Property Trust for $173.1 million.

The acquired portfolio consists of four institutional-quality office buildings totaling 568,658 square feet, strategically located within one mile of Vanguard's global corporate headquarters in Malvern, Pennsylvania:

  • 425 Old Morehall Road – 201,658 sq ft
  • 1001 Cedar Hollow Road – 133,000 sq ft
  • 60 Morehall Road – 117,000 sq ft
  • 50 Morehall Road – 117,000 sq ft

All properties are situated within the prestigious Great Valley Corporate Center, a master-planned business community that serves as home to major corporations including Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, Siemens, and Unisys.
