The Chemours Company Global Headquarters

Wilmington, DE

The Chemours Company Global Headquarters is a freehold condominium interest, in the iconic DuPont Building, that is 100% leased to The Chemours Company (“Chemours”; NYSE: CC). Chemours is a global leader in the research and manufacturing of performance chemicals, operating through three segments: Titanium Technologies, Fluoroproducts and Chemical Solutions.

The Property is located in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) and is situated within the Wilmington, Delaware Central Business District (CBD). Designated as a National Historic Landmark, the DuPont Building is Delaware’s largest mixed-use building. Constructed in phases from 1913 to 1970, the building was developed, owned and occupied by The DuPont Company (“DuPont”; now DowDuPont – NYSE: DWDP) until 2015, when Chemours was spun-off from DuPont. In 2017, the building was sold to The Buccini Pollen Group (“BPG”). As part of the sale, BPG initiated a capital project to transform the building and retained Chemours as an anchor tenant.
